Lemongrass Tea

Lemon balm, also known as lemon balm or melissa, is widely used in the treatment of digestive problems.

Preparation

  • 12 tablespoons of lemongrass leaves;
  • 4 cups of water.
  • Ideal is 1 to 4 grams of leaves for every 150 ml of water.
  • Add the lemon balm leaves to the boiling water and let stand for a few minutes, properly covered. Then strain and drink 3 to 4 cups of this tea a day.
  • You should not take more than 3 to 4 cups daily, that is 400 to 450 ml daily
