Preparation

The lobsters are parboiled for 10 minutes in boiling water. the shell is cut, the whole meat is removed, allowed to cool and cut into torrejas (slices). A sauce is prepared with the lemon juice, tomatoes, vinegar, salt and pepper, in which the torrejas are marinated. It is served as an appetizer or snack, accompanied with soda crackers.

Ingredients

  • 3 lobsters
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 egg onions, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
