sift together the flour, yeast, salt and sugar. beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs beating constantly, add the cassava, the dry ingredients, the coconut, the coconut milk and the cheese. beat some more until well mixed. place the dough on a 26 x 40 cm greased baking sheet and place it in a preheated hot oven (200º) for approximately 1 hour or until it is golden brown and, if you stick a toothpick, it comes out dry.
