Preparation

1. First peel, wash the potatoes and cut them into slices.

2. Place the sliced ​​onions, the chopped tomatoes, the peeled whole garlics, a layer of fish, one of potatoes and another layer of fish in a pan. Add the prawns and the red pepper cut into strips, drizzle the mixture with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.

3. Bring the pan to a low heat and cook with the pan covered until the potatoes are cooked. From time to time, carefully stir with a wooden spoon.

4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
