Preparation

In a saucepan, bring water and sugar with the lemon peel and cinnamon. Stir until it reaches pearl point.

In a bowl, stir eggs and yolks vigorously.

Add the eggs to the pan with a low heat and stir slightly to become like scrambled eggs.

Leave the preparation half soaked ..

Put in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

Serve cold and have a good appetite!

  • 21 egg yolks and 3 whole eggs
  • 750g of sugar
  • 2.5 dl Water q.s.
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Peel of 1 lemon
  • Cinnamon powder
