Preparation
The green bananas should be peeled and cut at the ends, making some superficial cuts in the skin, cut into slices of more or less cm.
Place a container over moderate heat to brown the green bananas.
Then place them on a flat surface and knead until they take shape and return to the oil until they are golden brown and crispy.
In a bowl mix the salt, pepper and cucumber very well.
Place on patacones and serve hot and can be served with black coffee

- - 4 green bananas
- - 1/2 cup oil
- - 1/2 teaspoon cucumber
- - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- - 8 tablespoons of sugar.
