Preparation
Peel the peas from the pods and brown one or 2 onions with garlic clove, margarine and olive oil.
Add a bunch of tied parsley and bay leaves and sauté.
Add the peas and 2l of hot water.
Season with a pinch of pepper. let it cook.
When it is cooked, open some spaces in the container and place an egg in each.
Cover and let poach.
In a frying pan put a little lard and fry the chorizo slices and bacon or pork bacon.
Add the chorizo and bacon or bacon to the peas and serve.
