Preparation
Chop the onions and garlic, then sauté them in olive oil.
Add the meat, carrots, chorizo and sausage, cut into slices, and the bacon into strips.
Let it sauté slowly.
Add the chopped tomatoes, without skin and without seeds.
Wrap very well and flavor with the red wine, reducing the heat until the wine evaporates.
Then cover with water, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for 6 minutes.
Insert the cabbage cut into pieces and cover, allowing to cook for 15 minutes.
Finally add the beans and boil for 2 minutes.
Rectify the seasoning and serve, garnished with the chopped coriander.
