Preparation
Clean the rabbits and cut them into pieces.
Add wine, sliced onions, bay leaves, garlic cloves and rosemary.
Season with salt and pepper and let it marinate overnight.
The next day, take a pan with the oil and butter to the fire.
When it is very hot, fry the rabbits.
After fried, add the marinade and a little water.
Cover the pan and cook.
Once cooked, mix the flour in a portion of water.
Let the flour cook.
Serve with French fries.
