Season the fish with salt.
In a cataplana, place a layer of the monkfish cut into pieces, onion rings, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, prawns, potatoes. Finally, put the clams and the chorizo ​​in slices. Season with chopped garlic, wine, salt and chopped coriander and the remaining olive oil.
Close the cataplana and bake for 20 minutes. Turn and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve the cataplana on the table and then sprinkle with a little parsley.
