Preparation

Some lemons are squeezed, passing the juice through a fine sieve, to retain the seeds. Next, take this juice to the heat, adding the red and fresh piri-piri and let it boil for approximately 5 minutes.
Then, remove the juice, separating the juice from the piri-piri. This is crushed in a bowl, along with a pinch of salt, until it appears without granulations. Finally, pour the ground piri-piri into the container containing the lemon juice and mix well.
