Preparation

Cook the beans in boiling water for approximately 45 minutes. machine grind the corn and pass through a sieve to remove the skins. fry the garlic, onion and squash. dump the water from the beans, leave only 1 cup. while it is boiling add little by little and constantly stirring the previous mixture and the basil. cook over low heat for an hour. add water or broth if necessary. 2 kilos of pomegranate beans 5 corn 1/2 onion, chopped 1/4 cup of oil 1/2 kilo of pumpkin cut into cubes 2 cloves of minced garlic salt to taste 1 tbsp. finely chopped basil.
