Preparation

In a pot, put water to heat together with the butter and caraway, season.


chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
place everything together in the pot.


Once a soup has formed and the vegetables have cooked well, remove and serve.

  • 1 celery
  • 1 leek
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 parsnip (parsley root)
  • 5 garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 150 gr. mushrooms
  • caraway (or cumin)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. lard
