Purple Perpetual Tea

The purple perpetual has antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action. Due to its medicinal properties the purple perpetual can be used to help in the treatment of conditions
headaches, sore throat, stomach pain, cough, laryngitis, hot flashes, hypertension, cough, relieves symptoms of asthma, diabetes, hemorrhoids and to release phlegm. In decoction it can be used as a diuretic, to decrease stomach acidity, fight respiratory diseases, and aid digestion. It effectively fights free radicals, substances responsible for the aging process and other degenerative diseases. It reduces bad cholesterol and acts as a natural tranquilizer.

Preparation

  • 6 dried flowers
  • 1/2 liter of boiling water
  • Preparation mode:
  • Add the dried flowers in 1/2 liter of boiled water, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and serve at the ideal temperature.
  • Take 2 to 3 cups a day, 1 in the morning and one at bedtime
