Preparation

pour the oil in a pan together with the lard, let it warm and add the meat.
let it stain on a high heat.
after the meat gains color, add the chopped onion, stir until the onion brown.
pour the diced carrot, the broth, the tomato sauce and salt to taste.
pour the wine, boil with the pan uncovered, until the alcohol in the wine evaporates.
lower the heat and let it cook, if it gets dry, add a little water.
fry the potatoes, and when the meat is tender, add the potatoes.
let it boil just a little.
turn off the stove, and with the pan covered, let 10 minutes pass.
