Preparation

In a saucepan, bring the water and sugar and bring to a boil, stir until the syrup is pearly.

Add the syrup, almonds and butter, cook over low heat and stir until a thick consistency is obtained.

Remove the pan from the heat and incorporate the egg yolks. Beat everything briskly and put the pan on low heat for another 3 minutes. Continue to stir the mixture with the wire rod.

Separate small dessert bowls and distribute.

Peel the orange well until the white part is gone. Cut into sections.


Decorate each portion with the orange slices and mint leaves. Reserve in the fresh.

Serve cold and have a good appetite!

  • 6 Oranges
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
