Preparation

Slice tomatoes across about 1/4 inch thick (discard the ends) and arrange on a big plate. Put on each piece finely chopped garlic. Using a knife spread mayonnaise over it. Then put shredded cheese on each slice. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

  • 2 oz your favourite hard cheese,
  • 1tbl spoon mayonnaise,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • fresh parsley
