Preparation

Process the chestnuts, basil, garlic, flour, butter and salt.

Grind all the ingredients, the chestnut should have small pieces.

Season the fillets with lemon juice, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.

Place the salmon on a baking sheet and cover with the chestnuts.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for approximately 25 minutes.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

  • 6 salmon fillets (200g approx.)
  • 120g of Brazil nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of basil
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
