prepare the stew with 2 medium onions, garlic to taste, 1/2 kg of tomato, 1 green pepper and olive oil.
then add the carrots.
when the sauté is ready, add the beans and octopus, previously cooked with water and salt.
season with salt and piri-piri q.s.
finally, add coriander and parsley to taste.
