Preparation

wash and peel the shrimp, and boil the shell of the shrimp in a pot with very little space of water for 10 minutes. sift and extract the shells and boil the shrimp in that water for 2 minutes. immediately remove the pot from the heat and empty the shrimp with the juice into a container. let cool.
onion cut into thin slices, and place it covered with water in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of salt and mix, close this container well for 15 minutes.
then wash the onion well with cold water and the 6 lemons and return to express place already in the container closes well for another 15 minutes.
Cut the green pepper and the tomatoes into strips, chop the coriander branches.
Finally, add the pickled onion, green pepper, tomato and chopped coriander to the source where the shrimp are stacked, add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and chill for a minimum of hours before serving.
it can be served with toasted white corn bread and rice.
