Preparation
marinate the shrimp (previously peeled) in the juice of
lemon and oil. let it rest for 2 hours. beat the eggs in a bowl
with oil and pepper. pass the shrimp through the mixture and
coat them in breadcrumbs. arrange them 3 on a wooden toothpick
as for brochettes. fry them on both sides and arrange them in a
tray in the shape of circles which in the center contains the lemon
cut into slices.

- 150 grs. fresh shrimp
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 lemon
- oil
- breadcrumbs (not batter because there are blunders)
- pepper in capochollo
- Salt
- wooden sticks for brochettes
