Preparation

Cut the meat into steaks, season it with the ingredients mentioned for the marinade and set aside for a while to acquire the flavor. Then cut the carrot and onion into strips and cooks the latter in temperate water with salt. Also fry the cashew nuts in a little oil, over low heat, until crispy.
Besides, brown the chopped garlic in oil, then add the onion and carrot and sauté for a few moments, stirring constantly. Then add the meat and cashew nuts.
Let it cook for a while and finally add the ingredients mentioned for the sauce. Stir until it thickens, rectify the seasoning and serve immediately.

  • 120 g of beef
  • 70 g cashew
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • salt and oil q.s.
  • For the marinade:
  • 1 tablespoon of clear soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of wine
  • salt and pepper q.s.
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • salt q.s.
