Preparation

Let the turkey breasts, cut into very fine fillets and strips, marinate in a mixture composed of ¼ liter of oil, the sweet paprika and the 6 cloves of minced garlic along with the teaspoon of mustard
We will have it macerating for about twenty minutes
after this time, the meat is drained
we will put the maceration liquid to heat to fry the white part of 2 leeks cut in julienne and then add the turkey fillets
now, we will incorporate the flour and sauté for about five minutes
We will cover with the canned beer and let it reduce to half
At the end, we will add the glass of milk or liquid cream and let the whole set boil slowly for eight minutes
