Preparation
In a frying pan, sauté the onion in oil until it is translucent.
Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté them wither a little.
In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the water and beat until it reaches a smooth texture.
Add the mixture to the pan and fry the omelet.
Turn the omelet when it browns.

- 2/3 cup of warm water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Mushrooms cut in half (about 200 grams)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of Brewer's Yeast (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (optional)
