Preparation

In a frying pan, sauté the onion in oil until it is translucent.

Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté them wither a little.

In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the water and beat until it reaches a smooth texture.

Add the mixture to the pan and fry the omelet.

Turn the omelet when it browns.

Serve hot, accompanied by a lettuce salad! Enjoy your food!
