Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Grease pans or cupcakes, or you can simply use a greased baking sheet and make a cupcake shape with your hands.

Mix all the ingredients (except the cheese to brown), wrap well until very homogeneous.

Place the preparation in the molds and sprinkle the cheese.

Bake until golden brown.

Let it cool a little and serve warm!

  • 2 cups of mashed potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large grated carrot
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup (tea) of Parmesan cheese
