Preparation

For dough:

Cut the filo pastry into rectangular strips.

Brush one strip with oil and place another on top. Repeat the process until the dough is finished.

Filling:

Put the oil in a pan and let it heat up well to place the mustard seeds, until they burst.

Add the mixture of potatoes, peas and carrots. Add the turmeric / turmeric. Season with salt and pepper. Place on medium heat. Wrap the vegetables and add water if necessary.

Add chopped coriander, chopped chilli and onion. Mix to the previous preparation.

Fill the dough and fry in oil.

Serve hot with a piri-piri! Enjoy your food!
