Willow and elm tea

Willow tea with ulmaria has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, relieving joint pain, besides being good for arthritis, osteoarthritis. As active ingredients, ulmaria contains salicylates, flavonoids, tannins, phenols, mucilages with emollient action, vitamin C with immune stimulating action and various minerals. Salicylates act as anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic; flavonoids, such as quercetin and rutin, have anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and tonic effects on circulation; tannins act as tissue regenerators and astringents; and phenols act as an antiseptic.

cautions:
Willow is contraindicated for pregnant women, individuals with allergy to aspirin and patients with gastrointestinal problems, such as ulcers, gastritis.

Preparation

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 tablespoon of willow bark bark
  • 1 tablespoon of ulmaria
  • Preparation mode:
  • Put all the ingredients in a pan and boil for 5 minutes. Cover, let cool and, when it is warm, strain and drink next.
  • It is recommended to drink 1 cup in the morning and another in the evening.
