Place the water, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks and ginger in a pan.
Let it boil until it has some consistency, strain and let it cool.
In a mug, pour the gin, lemon juice and 50ml of the syrup you made into the pan.
Add the beaten ice and fill the mug with sparkling water.
Finish with more ice and decorate with lemon slices and mint leaves.

- 1 cup of water tea.
- 1 cup of brown sugar tea.
- 1 cinnamon stick.
- 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger.
- Juice of 1/2 lemon.
- Sparkling water as you like.
- Mint and lemon slices as you like.
