cover with more dough and apples and so on, taking care to reserve the apples for the last layer.
cook in a medium oven (180ºc) for about 20 minutes.
after ready brush with jam.

if it doesn't have a shape with a false bottom, bake this cake in any ordinary shape.
it will just be more difficult to unmold.
