slice the bread, about 1 cm thick. put a skillet on the stove and bring the oil to a boil. soak the bread in the milk (brown the milk with the lemon peel and cinnamon stick) and then in the beaten eggs and fry.
after frying the slices pass through a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

  • eggs ;
  • lower leg ;
  • sugar ;
  • 1 lemon peel;
  • 1 cinnamon stick.
