Preparation

wash the wheat. put it in water and bring to a boil, lower the temperature until it is well cooked.
dissolve the cornstarch in milk and sugar, add to the wheat, stirring until it has body and is thick.
remove from heat, serve on plates, sprinkle nuts. put in the refrigerator and serve cold.
