Preparation

peel the prawns leaving the tail intact. chop the parsley and mix with the oil, sauce, lemon juice, honey, chives and garlic. add the prawns, mix well and leave to rest for at least 4 hours. put the prawns to cook on the preheated barbecue or on a grill for 3 minutes, turning only once.

  • 1250 gr. of raw prawns,
  • 1/4 of cup of parsley,
  • 1/4 of cup of oil,
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce,
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • 1 tablespoon of honey,
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed,
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives.
