Preparation

cut the sausage and bread into slices and set aside. heat the oil, fry the bacon and add the chicken, frying until very golden. add paio and sausage and fry some more. add the previously washed and dried rice and let it cook for a few minutes. pour the broth and the boiling water and when it boils add the cabbage cut into large pieces and the tomato. turn the heat down and cook for approximately 15 minutes, until the surface appears dry. smother the pot by wrapping it in newspapers and let it rest 10 minutes before serving.
