Preparation
1. Put the oil, the chopped onion, the peeled whole garlics, the bay leaf, the sliced chorizo and the spare ribs, in a saucepan, sprinkle everything with a little pepper and let it cook on a low heat until the ribs start to brown. (add water if the sauce starts to dry)
2. Add the water, let it boil, add the beans and a little salt, and let it cook over a low heat. (it is advisable to keep a creamy sauce, if necessary add more water)
3. When the beans are cooked, turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander, cover the pan and let stand for about five minutes.
4. Serve with lettuce salad.
