Preparation

In a small skillet, heat a drizzle of oil and sauté the onion and add the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper. Stir until all the sauce is boiling.

Break the eggs gently into the sauce and cover the pan. Cook on low heat for a few minutes.

Cut the cheese and spread it over the eggs. Sprinkle with oregano and serve hot.
