Preparation

To start, grill the broken banana in half with the peel. Reserve.

Season the fish with rosemary, salt and pepper

In a hot pan, pour a little oil and seal the filet of grouper.

Place it on a tray and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

After about 3 minutes, place the peeled banana on the side to soften.

Arrange on the plate and set aside.

To prepare the sauce:

Put the butter in the pan and let it melt. When it is almost foaming, place the raisin. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Let it sauté a little and add the soy sauce and lemon.

Remove from heat and season with cilantro. Adjust the salt if necessary.

Drizzle the sauce over the plate. Serve hot and have a good appetite!

  • 1 fillet of grouper of approx. 180 grams

  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup black raisin tea
  • Chopped coriander to taste
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
