Preparation

Beat the sugar very well with the melted butter, the eggs, the grated lemon peel and the juice of the half lemon.
Add the coconut by wrapping well without beating.
Pour the mixture into a well-greased pan and bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes in a medium oven.
Check.
After cooking let it cool a little and unmold.
Serve fresh.
