Preparation

Peel the onions and cut them into slices; cut the courgette into slices; peel the potatoes and cut them into slices; clean the seed pepper and cut it into slices.

Spread the clams on the bottom of the cataplana. On top, arrange alternating layers of potato, onion, courgette, cod, pieces of margarine, salt and ground pepper.

Also add some parsley and coriander with the bay leaf, using kitchen wire. Arrange the branch in the cataplana and spread the pepper on top.

Sprinkle with a little white wine, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and close the cataplana. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 25 minutes.

Serve hot, accompanied by white rice. Enjoy your food!
