Preparation

Bring to a boil a pan with water, bay leaves and 3 cloves of garlic.

When it boils pour on top of the cod. Cover it and let it rest 45 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and carrots. Wash the cabbage well. Put water seasoned with salt in a pan and when it boils, pour the cabbage.

Remove it when it is tender, drain it and set it aside, keeping it warm.

In this water, cook the potatoes together with the carrots. Cook the eggs for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil with the remaining garlic.
Arrange potatoes, cod, cabbage and broken eggs in half on a platter.

Drizzle with the heated oil and serve hot. Enjoy your food!
