Preparation

In a saucepan, add the oil and butter and let it warm and add the grated onion and garlic. Saute until tender, do not let them stick to the bottom of the pan.

Add the shrimp, sauté for a few minutes and flambé with brandy or wine.

Put the saffron, stir and add the cream, stir well, turn off the heat.

In a saucepan with water, cook the dough until it comes to the tooth. Drain and mix the pasta with the previously prepared sauce.

Place on a platter and place the chopped mozzarella and the creamy curd

Sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy your food!
