Preparation

1.Cook bananas in salted water until very soft.
2.Mash them with a mallet or bobbin.
3. Along with each piece of banana, also crush some pork rinds, which are prepared by refining small cubes of Don Diego fresh bacon slices in a pan, with garlic, onion and salt to taste until well browned.
4.Mash the greens, that is, roll them hard until they become an elastic and thin dough and integrate the pork rinds well.
5.Place the mashed bananas in a bowl and add the butter.
6.Knead vigorously and form small balls.
7.Can serve as a starter or accompanied by a cup of coffee.
