Preparation

cut the ingredients into small cubes and pour them into the terrine where the gazpacho will be served. add the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. pour the ice water on top. taste salt and correct the seasoning, adding more vinegar if you wish. finally mix the bread, which should preferably be the day before and cut into small cubes. serve immediately

you can also add cooked potatoes to the ingredients.
