Preparation
The prawns are cooked after being washed in water seasoned with salt for about 4 minutes (as soon as the water starts to boil for 4 minutes).
Once cooked, remove from the pan.
Strain the water and set it aside.
Peel the shrimp.
In a saucepan, bring the lard with the chopped onion and the balichão (see Balichão recipe) to brown the onion a little.
Then add the prawns to sauté for about 2 minutes.
Then add the water from the prawns and bring to a boil. Then add the broken rice flour in a little water and let the flour cook, which takes + - 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately.
* This soup is a little thick, but if you like it a little thinner, just add a little more water.
