chop the tomato and put it with the onion or chives (preferably the latter), and the salt in a large bowl or salad bowl. Put the tuna and the olives (black cuquillo olives) and then add the oil, stirring from the bottom up without beating until the oil is slightly above it. finally put the boiled egg. You have to be careful: if the oil falls short, or if the amount is exceeded, the wet does not come out at its point. in some cases, to the taste of each diner, you can add a very minced clove of garlic. This salad should be made several hours before tasting it, so that all the ingredients mix their flavors.

  • canned tuna.
  • You can substitute the tuna for cod slightly grilled and chopped.
