Limonene, a natural chemical that has been studied for its anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, including against skin cancer. It also contains substances such as hesperidin, pectin and polymethoxylated flavones, to improve cholesterol levels.
Preparation
- Peels of 3 oranges
- 1 liters of water
- Way of doing:
- Put the water next to the orange peels to boil for 30 minutes.
- Strain the tea and then drink it.
- Cautions:
- It is recommended to wash the oranges in hot water to reduce the amount of pesticides ingested.
