Orange Peel Tea

The orange peel contains good amounts of vitamin A, folate, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B6 and calcium. Likewise, it is rich in plant compounds called polyphenols, which can help prevent and manage many chronic conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, obesity and Alzheimer's. Limonene, a natural chemical that has been studied for its anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, including against skin cancer.
