Preparation

With the margarine, fry the onion, garlic and pepper, liquefy the peanuts with the milk and add it to the fry. We liquefy the four greens, which we have previously cooked in water, with a little water where they were cooked and also add them to the rehash. Add the cilantro, seasoning with salt and pepper until it thickens. Then in a clay saucepan, we empty half of it, the fish, the shrimp and the crab. We put the rest of the mixture on the fish, on top we put grated green and finally we take it to the oven at 350º C for an hour.

  • 1 pound of sea bass
  • 1 cup of crab meat
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp. peanut paste
  • 3 tbsp. margarine
  • 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 4 green
  • Salt and pepper to taste
