Preparation
In a pot, bring two liters of water to a boil, the pork meat together with the onion, parsley, salt and cumin until the meat is soft. Sift the flour in a bowl, add 1/2 liter of cold water little by little until the flour is well dissolved, pour this mixture into the pot with the potatoes stirring constantly until the potatoes are soft, add achiote, parsley and cabbage .
Ingredients
- 1 pound of pork
- 1/2 pound of pea flour
- 1 branch of white onion
- 1 branch of parsley
- 1 pound potato chips
- 2 liters of water
- 6 leaves of chopped cabbage
- 1 tsp. Chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Achiote
- Salt, cumin to taste
