Preparation

take 3 large and dry coconuts, break them and remove the water from them. then they are grated or liquefied using the same water, squeezing through a strainer to extract the first milk from the coconut, which should be thick, and fry in a cauldron until it turns a golden color. The second coconut water, salt, sugar, a little oil and the previously washed rice are added to this milk. It is stirred constantly and when it is dry it is covered, reducing the heat so that it finishes cooking and the grain remains soft and loose.
