Preparation
Place the sea bass on a platter, sprinkle some salt, wine and soyu sauce.
Reserve in this seasoning for at least 1 hour.
Cut the leeks into slices and wash well.
Distribute a portion at the bottom of a refractory and place the fish on top.
Season and arrange the garlic slices and coriander stalks.
Add the sliced onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Add with the remaining leeks and drizzle with olive oil.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the oven.
When the sauce starts to boil, remove the foil and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve hot, accompanied by rice or potatoes. Enjoy your food!

- 1 kg of whiting
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 2 coriander stalks
- 1 large leek unit, sliced
- 1 onion unit cut into 4 parts
