Preparation

Bring a pan to the heat with the oil and the chopped onion.
Once the onion is tender, add the garlic and cook.
Add the bacon and chicken pieces and let it brown. Add the salt and pepper to taste.

Add the pepper mass, the tomato without skin or seeds, cut into pieces, the sauce and the white wine.
Mix well, and let the chicken cook over low heat until tender.
Drain the grain and rinse under running water.
Add the grain, and cook for another 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley to taste.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

  • 1/2 kg of rooster (cut into pieces)
  • 150 gr bacon
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can of tomato (peeled)
  • 1 dessert spoon of pepper mass
  • 1 jar of cooked grain (about 450 gr)
  • 1 dl of white wine
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Chopped parsley to taste)
